Contrary to some beliefs, weight training and light impact is actually beneficial as you age to keep your bones stronger - when done intelligently! At The Bar, we tailor our daily programming for our Platinum members who are seeking to make their retirement years some of the best and strongest years of their life.

The class environment is fun yet challenging and always supportive of our members individual needs! To get started, come check out a Free Class or feel free to observe and discuss with our coaches.
