What Programs Are Included with membership?

  1. Mayhem Affiliate - All Inclusive Functional Fitness Program with Strength, Conditioning, Intervals and gymnastics elements

  2. BodyBuilding - A standalone muscle-building focused program

  3. Olympic Lifting - A strength program focused on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk

  4. L.I.F.E. - A gentler version of the standard functional fitness program with more emphasis on mobility and longevity. This is a great one to start with if you are new to training!

  5. At Home - Travelling or staying home? No equipment/no problem - each day’s workout includes a bodyweight and dumbbell variation

  6. Teens/Pre-Teens - A kids-appropriate program with multiple tracks for kids from 9-17 (Specific policies apply to kids training - see gym rules)

  7. Endurance - No barbell / bootcamp style workouts

  8. Spin - Interval Style Training on a BikeErg, Airdyne bike, Rower, or SkiErg

  9. Running - Interval, Aerobic, and Anaerobic style running workouts
