What does training look like here?

Because of our structure as a Private Strength and Conditioning Club, we have the ability to personalize our members’ training in ways that can’t be done in larger, more corporatized settings. This is only possible when we share a common culture of respect for each other and a shared purpose of fitness with family and friends. The Bar allows athletes and coaches to train how they want on the schedule that best meets their needs.

  • Flexible Workout Times: Every member is given a key fob that allows access to the gym during our business hours. Members are welcome to come any time* to complete their workout and meet up with other members to workout together.

    *(with the exception of 9:45-10:45 M-Th during our Platinum Classes and regular gym cleaning on Sunday morning 10am-12)

  • Flexibility in Coaching: During Coaching Office Hours a coach will be on site to assist with questions, technique, explanations, modifications, etc. Members can come and go as they please with no scheduled “start time” or whiteboard briefing. See the Schedule for Coaching office hours.

  • Flexibility in Programming: You can choose to complete your own programming, or choose a membership option that allows access to 9 different workout tracks that range from weight lifting to boot camp style and everything in between. We follow Mayhem/NCFIT programming and offer our own Platinum Class for the 55+ demographic as well. See Full List Of Programs HERE

    • All programs are delivered through the smartphone app “SugarWOD” which is a free workout tracking a programming app available in the App Store and Google Play.
